Leaders Don James Founding Pastor Don James is the founding pastor and the current senior pastor of The Passage. Don started The Passage with a small group of Andrews Seminary students in 2002 and has helped to nuture it to where it is today. Don teaches small group theory as a professor at the North American Division Evangelism Institute (NADEI) which is housed in the Andrews Theological Seminary. He has been a part of the team at NADEI for the last 15 years and at Andrews University since 1995.
